Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving. Details on how to return will be on the returns form with your order. Items must be returned with the tags still attached and be in an unused state. We have the right to refuse returns that are not returned to us in a resalable condition such as with make-up, marks and odours. If we receive a return of an item which is not deemed to be resalable then you will be responsible to cover the postage to return the item back to you. 

Please allow up to 21 days for us to process your refund.

Couturii will not cover the costs of the return postage or original postage costs.

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us before returning. You can do this by emailing info@couturii.com. Please quote your order number and full name together with details and photos of the fault.
