Return to Sender / Undeliverable Packages Policy:
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:
An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
The package not being accepted at delivery
Failure to pay customs or import duties

Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for any additional shipping fees if you would like the order to be resent.
